1.1 The Theory of Traditional 3-phase Reactor
Design descriptions:

1.2 The disadvantage of existing technology
1) Core generally use silicon steel sheet (generally within 0.5 mm thickness), laminated difficulties;Core air gap, and wide edge magnetic flux.
2) Iron core and installation lines into a line, so the magnetic circuit between the different line package, inductance is difficult to balance, are generally more than 3%, affect the product use.
2. Improved 3-phase Balance Inductor
2.1 Design and Assembly:
(1)Upper and lower core: the Mn - such as zinc ferrite or silicon steel sheet or amorphous material design, similar in shape to triangle.
(2)Column in the core: the Mn - zinc ferrite or alloy magnetic powder core (iron silicon aluminum, iron, silicon, high flux, etc.) design, can be a circular or other shapes, cooperate with the upper and lower core composed of a set of three-phase iron core is used.
(3)Coil: can use copper wire or aluminium wire winding, every phase in a coil.
(4)Insulation board: the insulation design, can be used to isolate the coil and iron core, at the same time, the column core in fixed position.
(5)Screw/nut: adopt better strength metal materials (such as iron, stainless steel, etc.).Mainly used for fixed products.
(6)Install base: can be made of material such as stainless steel or aluminum with positioning screw, make the products such as screws fixation.Fixed hole between the two lines into a triangular structure.
